Refund Policy

At Rail Mint, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality tour and travel services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as flexible and fair as possible with our refund policy.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by email or phone. Our refund policy in case of cancellations is as follows:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the total booking amount.

  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

Note: Some bookings may include non-refundable components (e.g. flights, hotel packages), which will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation by Rail Mint

In the rare event that Rail Mint cancels your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient group size), you will be offered the following options:

  • A full refund of the booking amount

  • An option to reschedule or apply your payment to a future tour

3. No Show

If a customer does not show up for the scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

4. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your cancellation request, using the original method of payment.
